- Drive along Xilin Avenue towards ITE College East. Continue travelling along Simei Avenue across Tampines South Flyover to Tampines Avenue 5.

Via TPE
- Exit 3A Tampines Ave 12.
- Drive along Tampines Avenue 12 towards Sun Plaza Park.

- Turn right into Tampines Central 3 and drive left towards Tampines HDB brand office.
